this aircraft could of become surrounded by violent thunderstorms that formed all around it leaving very little choice for the pilots no pilot will fly a aircraft intentionaly through a thunderstorm even the most modern airliners can be brought down by a violent thunderstorm and big storm clouds reach altitudes that are beyond the capabilities of airliners to reach some supercells reach up to some 60,000 feet big thunderstorms are best to stay away from in a aircraft

Dang... i found out about this when I was in a flight to Houston, TX. The people behind me were asking each other of they new about the Air France missing plane. The FLIGHT ATTENDANT asked them! What a way to make us feel comfertable. But, when we landed in Houston, TX for my layover, it was on TV and we were kinda nervous because we had to fly through a storm but all went well. :)

pure BS all planes are equipped with radar equipment to detect and avoid potential storms, so pretty much what they are telling us is that the pilots drove into right into a storm which cause electrical damage and killed all the passengers..... wow

After the last message the plane was on total control of the pilots, that's what I mean when I say it crashed while in human control.

Now I just want to know what caused those systems to shut down. And if it was this electrical systems failure that some people speak of, was it caused by the company's negligence or by the storm? I believe those modern planes are very resistent to storms...

If my info is right, the plane crashed under human control. Of course, under the weather circumstances it was virtually impossible to maintain flight.

The messages automatically sent by the plane first stated that the auto pilot was turned off. The second or third message said that the system that prevented the pilots from doing dangerous maneuver was also shutted off.

This Airbus have a weather radar and a satellite information system plus weather forecast by the traffic controllers. This is definitely the fault of the Airline people, they absolutely know the weather conditions of their flight path but they insisted on the shorter route because their always after their revenues.

The aviation towers watch weather patterns-changes to the dot. There have been over 25 plane crashes to my count for this year alone.
