this is awesome love the last visual with the 2 clubs drill been watching a lot of golfing machine clips to try to understand the swing now it is so visually clear to me BIG THANKS plane and shaft lean at impact come together clearly in this clip the second club should guarantee that your shoulders look square to the target line, as you mentioned in another good clip this clip is going to my buddies asap all golfers should see this and pick up the pace of play because of good shots thanks again
Mike, you deserve all the credit in the world for finally telling the truth about the golf swing. So many instructors teach the "lunge over" and then swing golf swing that is completely unnatural and impossible to take to the actual golf course.
Another thing you might mention is how "anticipating the finish" instead of letting the weight of the club pull you up and around is a giant swing killer. That false move causes so many to have early shoulder involvement that kills arm & club speed.
My brother thinks your instruction allows him to avoid learning to make the transition weight shift. He thinks you are saying that "arms only" is a good golf swing that we can be consistent with little or no lower body involvement.
I doubt you mean to communicate that--because your swing is conventional, very much like Hogan or any top golfer who turns, SHIFTS, and then swings.
Do you mean to say that there is no necesssity to first learn the footwork?
Actually his brother understands that the lower body will smoothly allow the weight to move forward while it naturally braces and supports the flying arms. We do want to be in the "impact" position you show in another video. If I understand your teachings, you are trying to counter the move; "take the club to the top, now hold it there perfectly still and wait for the drive off of the back foot to start the downswing". That in NOT how to hit a golf ball 300 yards!

Would this be considered a one plane swing or a two plane swing?
Thank you!
