  • Very cute hehe.. We did our first hydrotherapy session with our Lab yesterday - lots of fun haha.. By the way, the music you used - who's singing? Lovely version.. :o)

  • Nice song. Somewhere over the rainbow that's where dogs go when they die.

  • la hidroterapia para animales tiene muy buenos resultados. Para ver más, busca también sobre 'fisioperros' o visite la página de fisioperros.

Sigue tratando tan bien a nuestros mejores amigos, los animales.

    Un saludo desde Málaga.

  • We do that with horses also.

  • Hippocrates prescribed bathing in spring water for sickness. Water Cure in 1886 was published and translated into many languages. The use of water to treat rheumatic diseases has a long history. Today, hydrotherapy is used to treat musculoskeletal disorders such as arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or spinal cord injuries and in patients suffering burns, spasticity, stroke or paralysis.

  • Hydrotherapy, formerly called hydropathy involves the use of water for soothing pains and treating diseases.

Its use has been recorded in ancient Egyptian, Greek and Roman civilizations. Egyptian royalty bathed with essential oils and flowers, while Romans had communal public baths for their citizens.

  • Beautyfull dog;)

  • what are that therapies for?

  • Your dogs are adorable! my boy, Loui, just started hydrotherapy 2 days ago. It was very stressful for him but I hope with the time he will get used to it.

  • It is so nice to hear from Argentina. And, to hear there are other splashers like my silly boy.

  • Unfortunatly, here in argentina there is not Hydrotherapy. There is only Zootherapy but just a few. I would like my dog can help anybody else, but he is very clumsy and brute jaja! Anyway, when he is paying atention, Its very relaxing to see his eyes full of love.

    Kisses!

  • Susan, thanks for taking the time to provide such a thoughtful comment.

  • This is wonderful. I had a beloved Spitz, with 3 legs, yet he never let that stop him. After a surgery my veterinarian arranged physical therapy to ease back into movement, including hydrotherapy. He loved it thinking it was some kind of new play-time. He recovered far beyond expectations. Thanks for sharing this!
