Moconnor thanks for your comment. It is of great frustration to me. At the time of the video, I was 1 year out of a double transplant (kidney/pancreas). After having diabetes for about 20 years, my kidneys failed and my vision had gotten much worse requiring about 17 surgeries on each eye. To top the frustration off, six months before this tour of Taiwan, I had a stroke of the optic nerve in my right eye 5 months before this video. No excuse, only the truth. You could not have known this.
All i can say your more of an insipration to me now. I can't believe you have been through all of that and yet you still have the energy and determination to still get up there and do what your brilliant at. Goon on ya. Your amazing. and i wish you all the best. Kind regards
I can only have my deepest shameful apolgies. I never doubted your playing but i now feel so awkward mentioning that in the first place. I can't apologise enough i am so sorry to hear of that and i do not understand how these types of things can happen to ordinary people while others get off with murders. Again i am so sorry.
No problem. I am doing better all of the time and life is good. Yes, a bit frustrating that I can't see like I want to but I can do everything. Don't worry about it but thanks for your note. ;-)
Brad has extremely bad posture if he plays like that he is restricting his air passage which is why he sounds airy in some parts. it may sound nice bt it doesnt look good to be stooped over like that for a performance
Maybe so, but he's one of the most sought after flute instructors in the United States, as well as internationally. A lot of the flutists that place first in competitions in the US, as well as make it in orchestras studied under him.
Let him have his bad habits; his resume more than makes up for it.
Well AREN'T you guys to much hard, anyway these people are on stage and you're behind the laptop. So first, FUCK You; second be Modest, AND THIRD they are anyway, alsways togheter also in the wrong notes, that's not so less!!!
