This guy is a 19 y.o. born & bred in a very small village,unknown even to the Chinese,in a province neighbouring Vietnam.He claims he's the only person in his village to be admitted to a 'college',which is a big deal.In actual fact the '大学' he says he studies in is obscure,that's why ppl were laughing.Didn't mean harm,just natural reactions.Then he says: I'm going to perform 街舞,& over there in my small village,I'm the only 街舞达人(达人=talent, 秀=show).Btw,he learns this thru' youtubing only.
