i had one of these once you get the handle of it this plane is amazing the only problem is the nose becouse most of the time it get't out of control and goes to the side of the the wind direction if there is no wind it would be the perfect flight. $D

you guys need to realize this is the first version of the plain so its more like a prototype if u want to have fun get the iron man or the hulk version i tried two transformers and they both were defective engine keeps going the other versions are great and are even made from epp foam wich means they wont breakn heres a tip u have to also change the props for air hogs propellers if not u will have props that keep on falling off like a cheap toy i hope this helps

If you stop the engienes and push the right stick in either direction the jet will barrel roll! Trust me, it looks SO COOL!

ITC, RS and the factory moved the motors from my ORIGINAL design position on the vertical tails (see my videos and the RS ads) to the wings, making the plane very noseheavy and much harder to fly. If you return the motors to the v. tails (Google:"StarScreamer/ MicroFighter into Backyard Bird!") it can ALSO fly very slow, make flared landings, tight turns, not break props, autostabilize, and fly even faster on command!

This is a great starter plane, for the after thanksgiving sale it was 29.99, It has good lift, its easy to pilot. Its a great plane for the price. Go buy one and you'll see. but if you want a real starter plane go buy a SUPER CUB by HOBBYZONE thats a better plane.

You arr extremely perceptive! Actually, neither do the "Transformer" TOYS:, they are NOT real living machines, and the USER must "transform" them. I am sure you could also cut up and reasemble this little jet into a teapot or whatever you choose .... but we like it mostly just because it is such a cute, functioning tiny RC "jet".

Certainly not (OK, maybe just a BIT snide!). You stated a common position taken by many true "Transformer"-lovers, and I tried to realistically clarify the issue. Of course this little RC toy isn't even a true jet (it hss propellers) .... but it IS a real airplane insofar as it is heavier-than-air amd uses aerodynamics to actualy fly. It just doesn't have a pilot or passenger on board, which might then make it a VERY small UAV.

Tape a large paper clip on top of the plane behind the on-off switch and it will fly much better: it will have more control and it won't rocket upwards as fast either. Really fun plane to fly! Buy at RadioShack.

it is excellent. only at 39.95. it is excellent for the first time flyer. it goes up and down by incresing/decreasing the throttle and it turn on a dime!. i have one and is teh first plane ive kept for more than 3 days!
