  • Thanks for your cool video! I think it is very important when people share their knowledge and encourage other people to get to know different cultures more. It is so cooll that channels like Speak Swedish Stupid and Sweden channel exist on YouTube. Even if it a short video about Swedish massage it still makes you think about Sweden :D

    Thank s a lot!

  • I really liked the "scoop and shovel". thanks! do you know if what we call petrissage other people in other areas call it "wringing"?

  • I'm having issues with Big C/little C. I can't seem to get skin between my Cs, could it be because I'm not applying enough pressure?

  • What is the song used in the intro?

  • @toxicPinkk garage band

  • ur gonna screw up ur thumb if u do it that way

  • It is so relaxing watching it :)

  • Music reminds me the sims ^^

  • Great massage helps in many ways.

It is a treatment that relies on touch, one of the most neglected senses.

It boosts the immune system, which is weakened by constant stress, stimulates the circulation and the lymphatic

system, increases energy levels and indulces calm in both mind and body.

It stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows the body down, encourages, deeper breathing, lowers heart rate and switches digestion back on

  • @Therapy221 Don't forget that this type of treatment has a great psychological benefit. For instance, you mentioned that breathing slows down, slowing down breathing is a great way to reduce feelings of mild panic, anxiety, etc.

  • @Therapy221 let's be honest; the swedish massage doesn't stilmulates the lymphatic...

  • i always wondered what a swedish massage was. Thanks for sharing.

  • skin rolling should be done in a cephalad direction (towards head) as opposed to caudad as in this video as it helps bring lymph towards the lymph vessels also blood circulation towards heart.

  • @contortionista14 what amount of oil your use for skin rolling , heavy , normal or light ?

  • I'd love to see you do a trigger points demo.

  • thanks so much for the post
