The reason why the real Hannah left is because Miley has hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia is where your blood sugar can get really low and they need to eat something, (orange juice) anything like that. Well, while they were doing that song, Miley had to eat something so they brought out a body double so Miley could eat something or else they would've had to cancel the rest of the show.
