I'm a big MMA fan these days. I always have to explain to my friends why I have such love for vintage WWF. It's not because I don't understand it for what it is... It's because when you're 6 years old- as I was when this came out- it's OK to believe in Santa Claus or the powers of Hulk Hogan. This stuff represents great memories of childhood for so many of us and regardless of the fact that it might look kinda goofy in hindsight, it still holds a VERY special, permanent place in our hearts.

Hogan's theme didn't come out until late 1985 approx. By this thime, the only wrestler with his own music entrance in WWF/E (that was not an original one, btw) was Junkyard Dog with Queen's "Another one bytes the dust". Hogan's and T's entrance for this Mania was actually "Eye of the Tiger". Seems like copyright issues for the song made WWE change the song for this video, decades after this happened.
