Also could I just add, something I noticed with Lucy is in the 2nd game she looks slightly different than she did in the 1st, also one of her fingers were missing in the 1st, but in the 2nd she had all her fingers, and the fact she comes in covered in blood, and refuses to tell Desmond why, then forgets that pass code thing, it makes me think it isn't actually Lucy, and say Abstergo was iluminati, they got this 'new Lucy' to kill the real Lucy and she is actually a Templar covering up..
