  • This album was a religious experience for me and my friends back in the '90's. We'd take acid and listen to this. A soon as the first chords flew out of the speakers, we knew we were "home"...

  • synths don't get much more poignant than this, nor does fusion...

  • Such a futuristic sound.I think this would be perfect for a show like the original CSI,a science fiction movie or show or a psychological thriller.

  • This one sounds like it could have been on Atavachron - the thing about Allan Holdsworth is that he probably thinks this is fairly mainstream yet to me it sounds like it comes from freaking Jupiter

  • @quadputer You couldn't have said it better LOL !!!!

  • which album is this from?

  • @arlacta Sand.

  • @theapocryphaltruth ok thx i didn't see that in the description :)

  • masterpiece

  • one of the best music fusion ever!!

  • This is simply beautiful!

  • To me this doesn't sound like sand!It sounds like Ice.The opening chords bring to mind a vast sunlit sheet of artic ice. With the sun low on the horizon and the subzero winds blowing ice crystals across frozen snow drifts.

  • @gebass6 I totally agree very cool not sand at all

  • @gebass6

Well Allan is from a parallel universe so everything there is the opposite to here !

  • @666patrickbateman666 LOL that was a good answer!
