I read the manga before watching this anime. I am surprised honestly, in manga, each girl has a different story with a boy name AiHara Kouichi (which in this anime, a boy is divided in to 2 boys: Aihara & Kouichi). When I found this anime, I was impressed by how the director changed all separated stories and put them all together into one story, make the anime more interesting than its manga. Well done!

I mean Mao and Kouichi aren't related so i don't know why you're saying sth about incest-ish o.O There are plenty of love stories involving childhood friends, and it was kind of evident near the ending how it would turn out. I'm happy thet Erico and Mao got the happy ending :)

Great Manga/anime, tough i was suprised that they made a story with all heroines at once ( I was expecting sth like in Amagami SS).

@Cedante90 Well I think you're right, I see your point and respect your view, but listen to my reasons. They grew up together litteraly; bathed , lived, slept, ate and did pretty much everything together from childhood til they were teens, she only left for a couple years for aborad studies. They might not be blood related but in real life, you'd call that a step relationship, eks: step sister/brother right?

Imo He just wanted to make her onee chan happy, Ofcourse I'd do it too!

@Leafshinoby True, they were really close since childhood.It could seem kind of wierd to develop feelings for each other at that point. But maybe it's exactly due to that. The love was based upon the memories they shared and at first just as kind of step brothers, as you said. She left for 2 years (to not see each other for 2 years can be seriously long when you're at that age, I experienced that myself) and as they were in different relationships, they realised their real feelings.

No you are wrong, they didnt live/eat/bath together as childs, they were friends at childhood thats all. They live in one house together only when she have return from france because her parents stayed there. So basically they lived together for duration of anime episodes.. But before that they were separated, just three of them were friends, before Mao and her family left for France. I mean Mao, Kouchi and that red haired dude (forgot his name for now). No incest about that.

From the point the protagonist Kouchi starts getting dates with Yuumi, I've wanted to give him a freaking falcon punch in the face. What weak man could freaking wait for a girl (who's not that strong either) to make her moves??

I despise this guy greatly. So far, he's on top of my anime guy hate list (along with the dumbass dude from School Days). Extremely slow and weak. This guy deserves a kick in the groin.
