Because I have thousands of views on each of my videos. It really doesn't matter how many videos or subscribers you have. Just how many views you have and how many times ads will be seen. So get those views up so you can join me in partnerdom.

Its not so much how many subscribers you have, it's how many views you have on your videos. They want the ads to be seen my more people, so they want to use users who's videos draw people in. It only took a couple days for me because they asked me to apply.
