The scope of the rifle is never so close to the eye and you never pull the trigger like this...but with the ''edge'' of your finger (if you know what i mean).Cool video though...go on my friend..:-)

sure is lol you can also see the plaque on the side at 1:14. Also agree with cqbhoun. SHould have gone the extra mile and got a vintage weapon of the time period. There are enough re-enactors that would gladly have spent some time letting you use them for your film. Maybe your next one will be better.
yeah...if they needed too. but never a fricken sherman.. the sherman was trash compared to the far more decent tanks of the germans (panzers, tigers, ect.). plus they worked completly different....not to speak of the fuel problem. The only thing that they would have used captured is a jeep or an M1 Garand.
German soldiers generally didn't like the M1 - many of those who used them broke their fingers when the bolt came smashing forward, resulting in a bad reputation of the rifle.
@DnDanskeDoood yeah i had heard of that also. plus it wouldnt really make sense considering that the american ammo supply was next to nothing. so were in the hell were they gonna find ammo for them ya know?

Where's the rest of the crew? A typical tank of any army would average a 5 man crew and I doubt that the other 4 inside the tank would do nothing and just sit beside the main gun and coaxel/ bow/ AA MGs to watch their comrade die.
I suppose it is more symbolic than anything else... The German knows he's done for, and out of respect for his enemy the American ends his suffering at the barrel of his own gun. But it is completely open for interpretation. Thanks for watching though! Your comments are appreciated.
