I can't get to mines either. I tried everything to figure it out, but no luck so far. I thought I was doing something wrong. I don't know ill figure it out.

i have the same laptop but minus the webcam i didnt have it put on, but anywho this has been the worst laptop i have ever used i had it 3 days before it started breaking down the first issue it had was overheating second it freezes 3rd the disk drive raddles the whole computer and what it is sitting on and now it is shocking me really bad when i touch the front of it, now hp is having me send it back for repair but i dont think it will fix it smells awful when it is overheating too.

to set up your webcam you can do to accessories scroll down until you see cyberlinkyoucam and i think thats were you test it or somrthing like that

well u must have gotten a wicked shitty one cuz mine has never frozne, overheated or shocked me and the disk drive deosnt rattle either
