It's because she kisses him and then goes away for the Summer and never gets in touch with him and she also doesn't break up with Dean.. I guess it's out of guilt. Jess is hurt by it so he hooks up with Shane, and when Rory sees them together she gets mad even though she's still with Dean. I guess it's just a load of pent up feelings surfacing as anger! :)

the bookstore in season 8 killed me, i was glad they got a final kiss but when rory told jess she loved logan it's heartbreaking to see jess's face.

i just hope that like after rory turned logan down to marry him, she went back to jess.
