just FYI, i know you have sugar cravings and what not, but if you like to bake you can bake with xylitol. if you've never heard of it, it's a natural sweetener and won't spike your blood glucose. it's actually a type of sugar derived from fruit, AND IT'S GOOD FOR YOUR TEETH!!! =D diabetics can have it too! anyway that was a really random fact but thought you'd like to know that.

Val is attractive now, of course, but I've always thought she's too thin. She's always talking about eating chocolate and sweets but she doesn't look the part.

I think this is great cuz if she puts on a few pounds she'll be even sexier and more gorgeous than she already is. This move is a win win. It's good for her and it's good for those of us who like our favorite amazingly talented artists happy and shapely and yummy.
