I Zoomed out and zoomed in, but I zoomed somehow.

You can fix this by zooming out, and zooming in again. Now you´re viewport is a the regular zoom just like when you started ;)

ok figured out why sometimes plane just doesnt render, because it only renders 1 side of that plane, to fix than even u move the light into the other side and render it or, press "M" then check the "2-sided" in "Basic shader parameters" so the both sides are rendered.
