For the first time while watching a anime I cried. This episode and that one moment will forever be engraved into my memory. I don't think I will ever be able to forget it.

this anime has to be my top favorite anime of all time for its length, content and amazing concept mixed with the best music for each scene. truly a masterpeice among animes! the end also makes me so happy it brings a tear to my eye.
Every time I hear this song, I feel unstoppable, like I could take over the planet, with only my small human hands, and become one with the world (deep XD)

@SMGJohn the remade part sounds more likely to me ( what i want to belive ) bc they prety much ended it. they left very little room for anything to be added onto it anyways. and when they do remake it i think that thell probably add on to a few things and remaster the sound and pitcher of everything but keep the origional story. what do you think will happen?
@impaledbowl Well they left more cliffhangers then what Hollywood has ever produced. So I do expect a continuation or at least a fucking OVA because the movie was a dissapointment. But I do also think they might remake it as they did with Full Metal Alchemist
@SMGJohn i liked the movie and yah the show deos leave you wanting more doesnt it? but they finished making the show 5 years ago and theres no news on the internet about any sorta continuation of it so i guess well have to take what we can get. i loved the show and thought it was perfect in every way so i dont realy know if a continuation would realy even be posible considering the time gap and the ending. maby who knows

@DaGavinX Do you think they should finish this anime with a movie. Not like the Good night, Sleep tight, Young Lovers, but like an actual sequel, with one main bad guy and where Eureka and Renton have to find the members of Gekkostate and eventually they band together to defeat this threat.
Basically it could be used to close all the loopholes, like Renton and Eureka coming back to their kids, and Axel, as well as everyone else. It'd also be pretty interesting to see how they deal with fame.

@geckoboy369 Season 2 would be good and all, but what kind of plot would it have? A special episode stating what happened to everyone would be great, but idk about a season 2.
@nworebellion15 the plot is going to be suprise and i think that is a cool thing because the people that made Eureka 7 wants us to keep guessing what the next season will be like and whats going to happen to everyone. and its also going to show what happened to everyone else after the last episode. but i think there should be a season2 because Eureka 7 is an awesome show and i dont think it should end just yet, so can all Eureka 7 fans please sign the petition so there will be another season:)

@yuo252 No not at all !! The characters you grow to love in the Anime are just thrown out the window with the Movie. NOT 1 character is in anyway similar to themselves in the anime (personality wise). Which is why I raged so hard at the movie.

@yuo252 the anime is the source material. Everything else came after. Also, the end of the anime says The End because the creator wanted a definite ending to the series. That movie was sloppy, they threw in scenes from the anime to save time and effort. That's one big reason I consider it as a "money grab". Producers like successful things to continue and make money, while artists give endings to their works.

@yuo252 In the manga there was the loosing of the limbs, and both main pairings got shafted. Renton had HOPE that Eureka would come back, but as far as we know it's just that, hope and nothing more. Truth is she's gone

You can't arbitrarily dictate that one setting is less or more than the other because "I don't like the character" Eureka 7 the anime had what comes nearest to a happy ending. Eureka 7 the movie had Renton and Eureka reunited, but at the cost of half+ of the planet getting flooded and Eureka going mute and amnesiac, though she still loves Renton along with the Nirvash dying. Aaaand I can't say crap about the manga no space.

all this talk about the ending makes no sense some say there in another world or another universe but what saw and someone confirmed i say they were on earth
yeah apparently that picture was cut from a lot of the internet showings of this Series. However, it's been confirmed that the picture should have been there. I can't remember where I saw it, but I saw it on an official site for Eureka, wish I could remember what site it was
I am sorry, but I am curious, why was the ending sad? I have watched the series over and over, but I never condsidered the ending sad, I won't say as that may be spoiler (though you prob wouldn't be listening to this then), but ends on a happy note, and apparently there is supposed to be a final picture at the end that seems to not appear in many locations.

@CrimsonCreed603 It's sad because Renton sacrifices his being human to become a Corallian, and in turn he and Eureka leave Earth with Nirvash. The humans were saved by a second sacrifice from the Thurston family. It's happy and sad at the same time, which makes it such an accomplished anime.

@OyonTheAdept No, Eureka was going to sacrifice herself to save Earth, because she cared about her friends. Renton sacrificed his being human and became a corrallian to save Eureka from death. In turn, Nirvash zero... took them and all corrallians to another planet leaving the humans on Earth. Because of Renton Thurston's sacrifice, the corrallian cluster didn't destroy the planet. If you need more information, I'd suggest rewatching the series, and possibly the movie as well...
@Bwakel But then, on episode 50, on the last few seconds, it showed Renton and Eureka in a forest and the camera zoomed out to show the moon with the heart. Anemone and the other guy (forgot his name- loves Anemone) was camping outside while watching that same moon. Which means that Renton and Eureka are on the same planet. The movie was just an alternate universe. it practically has nothing to do with the series.
@OyonTheAdept Yes, but this was the planet all the corrallians were sent to, the fact that Renton and Eureka are on the same planet, doesn't mean they weren't sent elsewhere, just taken on a life-long vacation with Nirvash to a mirrored universe, which is why they can both see the same moon.
@OyonTheAdept The informationcomes from the fact that during translation of the series, when Nirvash says "We're going to leave this world" or something along those lines, she is actually saying we're going to leave this universe. So when they leave Earth, with the rest of the corrallians, they're all leaving to another universe. Really the whole basis of what I'm saying comes from the Japanese series, just like so much is lost in other series. However it's fine to be a fan of Eureka7, I'm sure.

BTW didn't eureka and Renton fall back down to earth together? i dont see how they can't be there and how you got the information they are on another planet

Not just to you "hiphop232323" but to everyone....maybe the ending is kind of a mystery because the last you see of Eureka and Renton is when they kiss a second time and then a year later when you see them in the forest...Perhaps they were there the whole time or not. Either way, the ending and the whole anime was so beautiful and amazingly put together!

It is kind of nostalgic, I mean they are on Earth, and they are happy as one, but everyone waits for them and their physical presence, rather than a spectre sort of light... :)

@nworebellion15 the plot is going to be suprise and i think that is a cool thing because the people that made Eureka 7 wants us to keep guessing what the next season will be like and whats going to happen to everyone. and its also going to show what happened to everyone else after the last episode. but i think there should be a season2 because Eureka 7 is an awesome show and i dont think it should end just yet, so can all Eureka 7 fans please sign the petition so there will be another season:)

to everyone that feel or maybe feel like me.. at the end of the movie .i fell happy ( good ending ) yet sad ( because it end the series and no more little romance between them two ) due to the feeling that most of you falling in love with eureka while watching. i just hate the song how it perfectly fit the movie while renton kiss eureka. ( i hate him 4 that ) second i love the anime series . i want more. and yet it end so happy that u feel sad. and wanting more and more and more. but it end.

@yuo252 the anime is the source material. Everything else came after. Also, the end of the anime says The End because the creator wanted a definite ending to the series. That movie was sloppy, they threw in scenes from the anime to save time and effort. That's one big reason I consider it as a "money grab". Producers like successful things to continue and make money, while artists give endings to their works.

@yuo252 In the manga there was the loosing of the limbs, and both main pairings got shafted. Renton had HOPE that Eureka would come back, but as far as we know it's just that, hope and nothing more. Truth is she's gone

You can't arbitrarily dictate that one setting is less or more than the other because "I don't like the character" Eureka 7 the anime had what comes nearest to a happy ending. Eureka 7 the movie had Renton and Eureka reunited, but at the cost of half+ of the planet getting flooded and Eureka going mute and amnesiac, though she still loves Renton along with the Nirvash dying. Aaaand I can't say crap about the manga no space.

I am sorry, but I am curious, why was the ending sad? I have watched the series over and over, but I never condsidered the ending sad, I won't say as that may be spoiler (though you prob wouldn't be listening to this then), but ends on a happy note, and apparently there is supposed to be a final picture at the end that seems to not appear in many locations.

@CrimsonCreed603 It's sad because Renton sacrifices his being human to become a Corallian, and in turn he and Eureka leave Earth with Nirvash. The humans were saved by a second sacrifice from the Thurston family. It's happy and sad at the same time, which makes it such an accomplished anime.

@OyonTheAdept No, Eureka was going to sacrifice herself to save Earth, because she cared about her friends. Renton sacrificed his being human and became a corrallian to save Eureka from death. In turn, Nirvash zero... took them and all corrallians to another planet leaving the humans on Earth. Because of Renton Thurston's sacrifice, the corrallian cluster didn't destroy the planet. If you need more information, I'd suggest rewatching the series, and possibly the movie as well...

@Bwakel But then, on episode 50, on the last few seconds, it showed Renton and Eureka in a forest and the camera zoomed out to show the moon with the heart. Anemone and the other guy (forgot his name- loves Anemone) was camping outside while watching that same moon. Which means that Renton and Eureka are on the same planet. The movie was just an alternate universe. it practically has nothing to do with the series.

@OyonTheAdept Yes, but this was the planet all the corrallians were sent to, the fact that Renton and Eureka are on the same planet, doesn't mean they weren't sent elsewhere, just taken on a life-long vacation with Nirvash to a mirrored universe, which is why they can both see the same moon.

@OyonTheAdept The informationcomes from the fact that during translation of the series, when Nirvash says "We're going to leave this world" or something along those lines, she is actually saying we're going to leave this universe. So when they leave Earth, with the rest of the corrallians, they're all leaving to another universe. Really the whole basis of what I'm saying comes from the Japanese series, just like so much is lost in other series. However it's fine to be a fan of Eureka7, I'm sure.

Also the Nirvash left with the REST of the coraliens not eureka and renton. BTW didn't eureka and Renton fall back down to earth together? i dont see how they can't be there and how you got the information they are on another planet

Not just to you "hiphop232323" but to everyone....maybe the ending is kind of a mystery because the last you see of Eureka and Renton is when they kiss a second time and then a year later when you see them in the forest...Perhaps they were there the whole time or not. Either way, the ending and the whole anime was so beautiful and amazingly put together!
