Queensland just had their turn at having one of the games greats at their best. All credit due to Lockyer for being a legend, we had our days with Joey too.

Next year we aren't blindly looking for talent anymore, trying desperate tactics and combinations. Next year we have something different, something..more solid. They say that it's pointless, us beating the Maroons now..they were at their best WITH Lockyer. Same can be said about the Blues, with Joey. :P

Well I have to admit NSW outplayed us in this game and fully deserve their win, but they could learn from the QLD players about being humble and praising the opposition when they play well instead of constantly whining about refs and making excuses about why they lost

@norths8 Fair point, Petero and Thaiday were both pretty gracious in their interviews. Having said that, the arrogance of Fatty and Mal in the pre kick off interview on 9 was a bit hard to stomach. Fatty chuckled at the Blues getting all passionate throughout the week. Isn`t that what Qld pride themselves on? Finally got a series worth watching.
