umm.... idk what i did wrong but i tried it and the back of my knee was in really bad pain, like a bunch of stuff got pulled and squished..... so i couldn't do it :( does anyone have any idea what i did wrong?
I used to do this workout for the butt by joanie greggains when I was in middle and high school which your workout has alot of the same moves except her "pelvic tilt boogie" lol, is what you call the bridge exercise. This is the best way to get a sexy butt loved your video--thanks

ok I have bought one million fitness videos and none of them made my hips and butt burn like that..gonna replay and do other side then make this a favorite and revisit a few times a week.
do this 2-3x four days a week in combination with the hip exercise 2-3x four days a week by Brooke and Autumn for Mm and HOLY COW! you will be thinner and more fit in the hip/butt/upper thigh region in no time!
i did this last night and i still feel the burn! it really helps thanks :)
