@nickatrop the kings should get a quality big this year. a monroe or a cousins. hawes is still weak defensively and is no threat inside. neither monroe or cousins is considered top 10 right now but have lottery pick talent. if the kings get 1 of them. martin comes back and plays with reke. the kings could make a real run next season.

kevin martin is a guy that scores alot w/o taking alot of shots and with moving w/o the ball... last season(when he wasnt injured) he took alot of poor shots simply because the team didnt have alot of scoring options.. when kmart comes back he will(hopefully) get back to being one of the most efficiant offensive players in the game... i think him moving w/o the ball is gonna help tyreke become a better more confident passer.. he and jt already have a 6th sense for eachother.

I am not talking about his PPG average. I meant a guy who can get 30+ any given night which he can. Last couple seasons for example when he around 24 PPG, he was doing that at a very efficient rate and consistently on 10 or fewer shots because of his great jumper and his ability to draw fouls. it all boils down to versatility.... its a 5 man game and you cant say that if ur a pg you'll only be guarding a pg. there are plays that will cause a switch and a mismatch.. evans wins in this area he can play 1-3.. assists i dont think it matters too much to the kings apparently they run the princeton offense having the bigs distribute with thompson and hawes having excellent passing for bigs there is no need for a pure solid point...

You're doing what most Jennings fans do and ignoring the FG%.
Tyreke's is 47% and Jennings' is a pathetic 41%.
Sure, Jennings gets more assists than Tyreke, but if you're going to shoot that poorly, 6 assists is far from compensation.
Also, look at their teams' records:
The Kings won 17 games total last season; with Evans, they already have 12 wins.
The Bucks won 34 games total last season; with Jennings they are only at 11 thus far.
Evans is hands down making the biggest impact.

kao by the end of the season you will see that the kings won't have a better record than ANY of the eastern conference playoff teams. sad but true. ill say this again. tyreke is a hell of a player. not once did i even say that jennings was better than him. i said that jennings will probably win ROY because he will take his team to the post season. yet idiots like u kao blow it up like im taking a shot at your family or something. both are good up & coming players.

Evans is MUCH better of a defender than Jennings could ever dream to be. When KMart returns, stats would definitely go down, but as long as the Kings keep on winning, that's a non issue. I live in LA and I finally got to watch the Kings on National TV since '07 rather than streaming it. And watching Reke rip Agent 0 in ESPNHD was amazing. This kid is a superstar.

Know what's amazing? The post game quotes, Arenas said he had been going one way the whole game, and wanted to use the crossover to get around Evans on the last play.
Evans in his post game before knowing anything said Arenas had only gone one way against him the whole game so he anticipated a cross over and put a hand in there.
He KNEW what Arenas wanted to do, he showed his great basketball knowledge there.
