Most of the video talks about the facts they have and the information they have, and not on the information and facts themselves. There are a lot of unknowns in this video. It could be very bias. There are 2 investigations. The FBI is criminal, the DOJ is civil. Unfortunately the racial profiling is considered civil. Thats why Arpaio spits at them. He knows they can only make recommendations.
