This show makes me sick. You think these guys really care about the people that work for them come on it's all for TV. You really think that the stock holders care about people all they care about is the bottom line. Big exe would like you to think they are really concerned about the people ha ha ha.. You notice they give one or two people more money what about everyone else.. You basturds.

@ixelr8 You have no idea what you are talking about. I work with Mr. Arquilla and I can assure you that he DOES care about his employees. In fact, the company is rolling out multiple new programs that benefit every employee at the company. These new employee benefit programs came as a direct result of Mr. Arquilla's experiences on Undercover Boss. You are a very sad individual. I suggest you get your own life together before trying to bring down everyone else with your cynical outlook.
