I currently run 2 Tragoedias in my deck and it works perfectly. The main reason why, which was already said in this video, is that it's just dead draw late game.

The issue with Tragoedia is that most people dont know how to use it effectively. The ability to use it in damage step or at any given point helps it alot. combined with its perma brain control and ability to chuck from your hand makes it effective gave control. The variable atk as well is a good thing since like he said you can now afford to be more conservative with your hand making him a force much like Gorz.
