What a bunch of crap this is ! ...The "Real Bruce Lee" would have ended this fight in under 60 seconds and his opponent would be lucky if he managed to hit Bruce once or twice during that whole time ! . I find this very Disrespectful to Bruces True Fighting ability.
"Once Bruce figured out your rythmn and started to use his broken rythmn it was game over for anyone standing in front of him." James Demile once said this. Ducan Leung said something very similar. Wong Shun Leung said" Lee had the fastest and most powerful kicks he's ever seen and experience in his life".
@elchacal31 Yes Lee actually had many real life challenge fights once he became famous. No one could beat Bruce after he had created JKD. I was personally told of many real life fights Lee had. Some well known and many not so well known. No one could touch this guy after he discovered JKD.
@elchacal31 no like this but on the set of the Big Boss he did get into a fight with a thai boxer and won but this is a dramatized verson of what happend
Maaan 1st off if anyone got hit with those elbows or flying knees they'd be down fast. I don't think that Bruce Lee (with his Wing Chun background) would have wasted his energy on all the taps and jabs with this kind of fighter. There are better Lee clones. Vs. a Thai dude, you don't have time for all of the flash. Knees and elbows HURT. Too many clones are based on Lee's on screen characters. I'd like to see choreography by people who played/sparred with Bruce for real. Sammo, etc.
@waydeepinside Well um do you really think that is BRUCE or what? Its not. This was pretty good although probably nothing like the real thing.I have heard that BRUCE was challenged on the set of this movie THE BIG BOSS by a THAI BOXER and that BRUCE took the challenge and defeated the guy pretty easily. But this is cinema right.
@RyzER617 Lol. Ditto. As a matter of fact, Bruce actually did battle a Thai on this particular movie set. But that fight ended as quick as it began. Bruce trapped and isolated the fighters move. He was too fast for the guy. The fighter couldn't get one move off.
@crocgator44,Bruce never fought a Thai boxer

On a serious note, this guy does an awesome Bruce Lee impression.

Mark Dacascos versus Bruce Lee.
This fight was written as a script
Obviously.
Mark is badass........
I wonder just how Bruce Lee's feelings were being restricted to the script.
Mark would certainlty have a good take on that.
Also how many takes they had to do because of slipping in the mud.
In some parts I see Bruce waiting for Mark to make the next move.
I wonder how they got along (small talk) during the filimingf this script?
