You can redesign the infrastructure, but the cycling has to be in the culture of the people who live there, and by that I mean that all the motorist have to adjust their way of driving. In the Netherlands this is thaught by very expensive and hard driving lessons, Im wondering how they are going to pull this off in Australia.
