You can't buy a rom. You download it. And use ZSNES to add the cheats, it may work.

Me too. Snes 9x When I got a mushroom the screen went black and played the underwater music. Anybody know of another NTSC emulator this works on?

OK. I found out it is not the emulator, it is the rom. it is pal. Where can I find a NTSC rom of super mario allstars?

I think i found mine on doperoms. Search "Super Mario All Stars (U) [!]" without the quotes. Make sure it is not the (E) version or the one with super mario world

NTCS ROM, not emulator. that means like '(U)' It also can't be the one that comes with SMW To my knowledge
