Anyone, who "knowingly and/or willingly" falsely accuses another person(s) of a crime and has that/those person(s) wrongfully found guilty and sentenced, should receive the same exact sentence (and should be required to serve the FULL sentence) that the court imposed on the later found innocent party. The entire justice system party involved should also be punished, under law. The actual perpetrator(s) involved shall also serve the exact same sentence.

@kolpoc the crime was aggravated rape...he was sentenced to 100 years of hard labor. According to the accused after 20 years he was given all the discovery evidence proves his innocence. In the victims statement she said that she could't identify him because "all n- look the same" The Medical examination turned out that she was a virgin when she was brutally raped. The fact is 100 year hard labor is unconstitutional and that state and all southern judicial systems are just racist,
