  • doesn't Udi's use refined oils in their foods?? like canol/safflower/sunflower oil?

i've found that most GF foods may actually be less healthy, overall, than gluten foods...as they often have a lot of sugar, and cooked fats, to make up for the missing gluten flavors

  • Looks like Udi's gluten free food are good, but where would people with celiac problems get "Udi;s products?

  • @dallastyle2009 Whole Foods, Strack & Vantil, Meijers have their products, as well as other health food stores & grocery stores

  • Thanks so much for making this video! My girlfriend recently was diagnosed with Celiac and I thought she couldn't have normal sandwiches, but now there's hope

  • I liked your honest video review. It was indeed an instant video review. I am from India and I am now motivated to create my own honest video reviews for various types of food products.

  • You can find their products in the freezer section (all of their products are frozen). Their bagels are the only gluten free bagels that taste like the real deal. The white bread makes the best grilled cheese. Try a Hyvee grocery store, since they have a large gluten free section.

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH! I just started using Udi's products. Just the bread so far and I was amazed at how soft it was and how good it tasted. I did not want to commit to the muffins just in case I did not like them. BUT after seeing this video, I will definitely try ALL of the products in my local grocery store. Thank you, young man, for your review. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Keep up the good work. Hey, Udi, give this man a job!

  • Oh hey! Have you thought about intellectus 424 diet (search on google)? Ive heard some unbelivable things about it and my buddy lost crazy amounts of weight with it.

  • Gluten Free Kneads has great thin pizza crusts and cookie mixes. I never cared for any GF products whose main substitute ingredients are rice, soy, corn. They do not taste good, they lack nutrition, and they should not be overpriced since rice, soy, corn are all government subsidized ingredients.

  • I was just recently diagnosed and got some rice bread that was horrible. I'm going to print the coupon off of Udi's website and get some to try. Thanks for the review.

  • I love their products too! You have got to try their glazed donuts....they have more of a cake like texture......but,sssooooo good!

I live in SC and I can find them in Kroger Grocery & Earth Fare. YA just can't go wrong!

  • kinninkinnick makes the best donuts!! Also, I was just diagnosed with celiacs about 3 months ago so I feel your pain!!

  • excellent review..and comical! lol! Good job! Thanks!

  • I haven't been to the store yet but Wegmans.com has Udi's bread on their site.

  • I just discovered Udi's about a month ago and it is by far the best gluten free products I've had. while I don't have Celiac disease, I do have Fibromyalgia and too much wheat and gluten makes my joints hurt. Dude, If you haven't had an opportunity to try their bagels . . .

  • I just ate a BLT with this bread and it was incredible!!!!!!!

  • OMG I'm so excited to see your review!!!! I got diagnosed with Celiac about 4 moths ago and I've been having a very hard time following my new diet, especially since I love to bake. A couple of days ago I saw this product on a gluten free website and I was debating on trying it. My husband found a couple of stores in my area that carries them and now I'm really excited to try them out. We are going to the store tomorrow!!!

  • The chocolate muffins from Udi's are amazing! We are addicted......

  • Thanks for sharing your views on gluten-free products. You should try Breads from Anna. They are baking mixes and they're awesome tasting. Soft. Flavorful. I was really surprised. The pizza/pie crust mix is excellent. I went nuts for the herb bread. The sweet breads (pumpkin and banana) were excellent too, If you don't have them in your local store, Anna has a web site - just google "breads from anna"!

  • Very Nice Video.. Does the sandwich bread have yeast in it?

  • Hi there I am lucky enough to have experienced Udi straight from the source and Barrett is not kidding about anything he is saying. The funny thing is I dont have Celiac's and I use to eat there at least once a week, my work would order there bc it was a skip from Westwood Denver North where I was a admin assistant. So if someone who doesnt have to be gluten free willingly chooses Udi then yeah!!! lol oh and go to the website and put in your zipcode it wll tell u where to shop for the products!

  • This bread is the best gluten free bread I have ever had. Barret is telling you the truth!

  • THanks for this!! I feel your pain dude!! I just bought the udis muffins, can't wait to eat them!!

  • I want to get all those free samples! :)

  • I wish they had this in Atlanta :(

  • @nucleophilic03 try whole foods or order it online

  • me to sw Houston, tx, LOL

  • hey barrett...just found ur channel...i also have celiac along with the dermatitis skin rash called DH....i will get u some names of really good gluten free donuts..it can really be a hassle...When i discovered the udi's bread I went crazy...i watch my weight so I can't buy it too often..I'll break out if I eat gluten....hang in there...okay.

  • Barett, austrian baking and some Swiss and German have no flour cakes man,Almonds, hazelnuts,,,,(alond or hazelnut sponge cake<< has no flour, good luck,,

  • @johnnyblisters shame im in america!

  • I've had the Ubi's whole grain bread -- aside from some black flecks in the loaf, it looks and tastes like regular white bread. Great taste, moisture, and texture -- it has the elasticity of wheat bread. Definitely the best gluten-free bread I've tried, and just as good as the better wheat white breads I've had.

  • Where have you seen the products in Chicago? I just got diagnosed and this stuff looks FANTASTIC

  • lil's health food store in beverly!!!

  • Order online. I just tried the bread at a gluten free expo and it is the BEST GF bread on the market!!!! Taste just like I remember regular bread tasting. It's $5 a loaf so it's actually cheaper than most GF breads. Truly amazing taste and texture :-)

  • If your SD shirt indicates that you are in or near San Diego, Whole Foods in La Jolla has Udi gluten free products.

  • lol nope chicago..but i found sum places near me this week that have udi's!

  • OH MY POOR BABY!...btw where u been??

  • I'll sub you if you sign up for this site. (Lockerz) PM me if you're interested.

  • Interesting video! I don't have any food allergens but I'm always trying to eat healthily. I guess it was good idea they asked you to review their product, because now I'm tempted to buy something from their online store.

  • @animepop2 eating gluten-free is not necessarily healthier for people not sensitive to gluten.

  • I dont like the taste of beer,so i doubt il go out of my way to ge GF beer, but good to know i exists!

  • Does having celiac mean you can't drink beer?

  • no beer for me! :-(

  • Comment removed

  • @UHeardMe1stTime ......they actually make gluten free beer which is sold at my local whole foods...i don't drink but for those who do, the make it.

  • Gluten is not the cause of weight gain or loss. One can eat a completely gluten free diet and still be fat as a house. Just wanted to add that because some people have a misconstrued view in relation to gluten and its effect on one's body.

  • it depends on the person,it has different side effects on different people.not eating it doesnt make a difference.but having celiac can make you skinny, regardless of how much gluten you do or dont eat.

  • I am on the gluten free diet as well. :( It is hard. I've tried hundreds of breads..well maybe not hundreds but still all the ones I tasted were horrible. After watching this I just might have to order from Udis..

  • ROTFL!

"I can't enjoy the taste, cos its so hot" ROTFL!

    You poor thing Barret :-(

"Burst of Lemon taste in my face!" LOL!!

You can tell its soft, just by the way you bite into the foods.

  • I was diagnosis with celiac disease back in 2005 and I have diebetes sent 2004 when I was 22 years old and My Dad just got diagnosis with celiac disease that 51 years old last monday. Thanks Barrett TV for tell us about Udi foods.

  • I don't have your condition, but I can understand how you feel! I'm glad u found a product that is suitable.

  • Do any of you see that orange button? It should be grey.

  • yea

  • oh by the way, thanx Barrett cuz now i can share the info with my mom and i understand ur excitement.. cuz my mom gets excited too lol cuz she can't eat anything :-(

Most times for bread she would have to buy it in powder form to bake it, who wants to do that every week?? Thanx again

  • im glad ur mother feels my pain :-(

  • LMAO ur glad?? j/k i know what u meant.. i told her about it yesterday and she was excited for the info but we're like where the hell do they sell this stuff in stores? lol We're in Philly, nowhere near Colorado lol

  • I didn't know u had celiac disease.. my mom has it! it's VERY annoying cuz she can't go to restaurants to eat anything and i feel sorry for her. She has to read labels all the time over and over to be sure cuz she had some type of allergic reaction once and I was scared.. I really feel for u Barrett, cuz i see what my mom has to go thru

  • I Totally Got your point even though i dont have what you have:D.

this just makes me want to eat one of those Muffins LOL.

  • Thanks for this Barrett! My daughter has several food allergies, and some of the gluten free stuff has worked out for us. I am always interested in finding new things she might enjoy. I just hope I can get some of their products in my area :).

  • aww, that was nice of them to send u their stuff!

  • what them prices lookin like?

  • lmao the lady told me around $5///hmm we'll see bout dat

  • yummy gluten-free products for all!! woo hoo!!

  • Chewy yet Hard? oh wow, I can only imagine what that combo tastes like.

Barrett, your review made me want a Udi Bakery near me! (in Canada). Glad you're able to enjoy sweet carbs again.

Hey when eating food w/ gluten, does it make you feel stuffed up? That happens to me when I eat too much dairy products.

  • no i cant say that i have that problem

  • "Nasty" 5:32

Reminiscence of Raven Symone are coming back to me.

  • I have tried a few gluten free products in the past because I was curious to see how they tasted. Most of them including some chocolate chip cookies were horrible, they tended to be very dry and tasteless.

Perhaps some of them have improved since then.

    5*****

  • LOL love how it looks like the pizza is revolting when you put it in your mouth.. but it was just hot.

  • i understand. my bff has celiac and she made me eat her food one time cause i wanted mcdonalds but she couldnt eat anything there... she didnt want a salad. lol. it was disgusting. and its kinda hard 2 describe the texture of the gluten free bread. i tasted her sandwich ... ugh. id almost rather starve! lol.

  • @ least you will NEVER ave to worry about being fat ever :)

  • no wonder you're so skinny...no offence

  • that's nice that they gave you free stuff. The blueberry muffins look so good! I don't have celiac but I understand what you are going through as far as food restrictions.

  • thanks for this video Barrett. I had ever heard about celiac until today. I went to your link and the symptoms some like me...I was told I had irritable bowel by a doctor but I always thought it could be more...thanks for the info and I definitely plan to get screened...thanks

  • what happens when u have a reaction to the gluten foods? like do you throw up and stuff? or get puffy and red?

  • everyone has different symptoms...and no i dont get any of those

  • How about diarrhea ?

  • how bout it?

  • ROTFL!

  • You're fat.

  • and your a pig.

  • ...and alas, you are under the impression that "your" and "you're" are interchangeable.

  • No, Im not under that impression; i realised right after I typed the comment that I used the wrong word.. And thought you might try to be a smart arse; but I didn't think you were worth the effort of me deleting it, and retyping.

Back to my original point: You're a twat.

  • Your mum!

  • Is a MYLF.

  • Shiver me timbers, you nutter! I just took a gander of ye!

You're even fatter than Big Barrett!

  • And you're even fatter than me.

  • I'm glad you liked all of their products, do they have a website where you can order their products online?

  • a woman from the company keeps telling me the link i have in this video is the one u use to order food..but that obviously is not the case, another woman from their told me they are working on it...hence me not knowing where i can buy it!..ugh that sucks cus its really good!

  • wow barrett i didnt know that u had this disorder..i hope these products work out 4 u..

  • thanx! it sux bawlz!!

  • I gotta check out that website bc I have wheat, gluten, dairy, and corn allergies. And it SUCKS!!!!

  • i decided to check out the info on this and i have every sign of it i need to go to the doctor

  • OH NO! that sucks..cus celiac is annoying as hell

  • i hope that i dont have it but if i do the good part is i cannot gain anymore weight

  • isnt it true that that food can also help u lose weight?

  • isnt it coeliac.... not celiac.

  • um its CELIAC....and i was tired all of the time and the doctor suggested i get tested...and yes its y i dont gain weight

  • now you will fatten up

  • is that why you so thin boy.. eat some gluten..lol. how did you know you were gluten tolerable. and what is gluten? please save me the trip of doing my own research.

  • The pizza looked good.

  • how do you devolop celiac? do you just wake up one day, get some cheerios and have the reaction, or did you fall into some anti-gluten liquid? jw

  • there is no telling how long i had it,i just did not know until i got tested for it...but u can develop it later in life

  • @simplayaj Three triggersif you have the genetic predisposition: physical trauma, virus, severe stress.

  • >=[ why didnt u put celiac in the tags? I guess u dont like things like helping people and spreading the word of healthy eating for those with celiac. HM.

  • lmao i thought i did...MY BAD

  • I put this on your other video, but, you remind me so much of myself...except skinnier...and I don't have celiac...

  • u must be pretty dang hot!

  • Yeah... not really :P

  • *puts down tarp

aka picnic blanket now that you can finally eat eat eat!

  • Ohhh looks like I'll be looking for some UDI foods coupons after I go get my diagnosis :(

at least I have UDI to look forward to lol

  • too bad u wont actually get the test!...u dont like nice things like health!

  • Aw man, we're happy you've found some gluten free goods in which you can indulged pleasurably. Correct - many of us have developed allergies to gluten - which is in everything as you know - but we choose to either ignore the symptoms or even worse, take a prescription drug to mask the effects. You did the hard work in completely altering your diet which was the healthiest road to take and your body thanks you and will thank you in the long run especially. Great review! But go easy now :)

  • too bad idk where i can buy this stuff in my area!!...ooh there r drugs i can take??..nah i better not lol

  • Damn, youre making me hungry!

  • didnt u love the porno music as the delicious food slides across the screen? haha

  • Ya did an awesome job on this video. Wish they would be in all states. Ya can also see when ya bite into each item it's soft. I'm excited!!! Thanks for the video & Udi Props to ya for sending them to my Buddy Barrett!

  • Good luck on finding out how to get more of their stuff.
