He throws submarine because he wasn't a good pitcher in High-School and his coach told him to start throwing side armed and he gradually kept getting lower and lower. But Robotchicken, yes that plays a part of it, because his dad could not lift his hand above his shoulder because of the stroke. He would underhand it back.

@nthnyie hell yeah, a guy from my high school threw like that for his last 2 years and he just racked up k's and he threw slower than everybody else on the team...he's playin his first year of juco baseball now doing the same thing but increasing velocity..it ain't no joke!!
