so, ive made at least 15 bongs and ive got some tips for everyone.

1- if you dont have tubing, dont worry, you can use pens, and if you need them to bend you can use a lighter and bend them.

2- dont use pens directly after the bowl unless you like inhaling plastic, try to find something metal, or even a metal pen.

3- use ure imagination, dont just take a simple bottle and put a hole in it.

4- try to use glass more than plastic,if you dont have a glass drilling bit you can pens to the bottom

@ormdok you are a fucking idiot, you have made 15 bongs? every bong i have ever used is homemade. unlike most places, in Australia selling bongs is outlawed so if you want to smoke, you better start creating.

1- dont use pens EVER, cut a piece of your hose (or steal your neighbours)

2- dont EVER use scissors on ANY part of you bong, use your lighter and burn a hole for your hose piece

3- plastic is your best friend, dont drill ANY glass anywhere near something you are about to suck through

I use Lipton Ice Tea bottles to suck in from as they are strong plastic that will hold easy under low air pressure when u suck in and they have big mouth openings at top that your mouth goes in it rather than around it

To make good seals, melt a tiny tiny tiny ass hole, smaller then what u put it, then when its still hot/melted shove the tubign or pen through real quick and the hole will change shape to exactly the right size, after 2 weeks though u will loose airtightness and u need hotglue. plastic of a downstem is fine, just dont suck the flame onto plastic and it wont hurt you... trust me

use hotglue aroun hole and such for airtight seals. try NOT to use flimsy water bottles. try NOT to use plastic tubing or pens because plastic is wore than what youll be somking trust me

the only thing i dont like about this is putting the tubing right into the socket

it'll melt at the end,

ive found that its better to just cut a hole that seems a little smaller then the tubbing then force the tubing in

this creates a better seal around it

I do that too, It works really well, but using just a little bit of tape makes it just that much tighter of a seal.
