Jack Rootoo was the guitarist. He died a couple of years ago from cancer. They were one of the best live acts in the 80's. They always opened up with Hawaii 5-0.
rip Lou...........didn't know he made a video...rmember the guys all screaming...."lou, lou, lou"..always a wild time.......and I still have my "To Sir With Love" and "Facist Lover"" 45 with its' fab vinyl case........can't get rid of that either..would you??
I have been looking for this video for years!!! Thank you so much for posting. I would love to have a higher quality copy. I played one of the three tough guys in fedoras towards the end (I'm on the right.) What fun it was shooting this in an alley in Fort Point Channel late at night!

Lou was a brilliant performer and his band was great - really hip material, what happened to their great guitarist???

Thanks for posting. I never saw this back in the day.
Used to see Lou on Monday nights at Cantones.
A true original and always a great band. I shot a video demo
for them once and put together a few bands with ex-Kozmetix Kip Korea (bass) and Bob MacKenzie (Drums)

Never missed a show at the Living Room in Providence - one of my all time favorite local bands. How long ago did Lou die?

Lou passed away back in 1995. I used to hang at the Living Room back in my college days. It's hard to believe that it was close to 30 years ago.

I also haven't seen this video in years. It was made by a friend of mine and I am the dead body in it. Didn't know til now that Lou was dead . . .

I miss those days, they were so fun. I liked Christmas and the Volcano Suns, Prescott is so brilliant.
