This is not the ideal society when everyone can just get along, so dont try to use to use the idea that we shouldnt listen to people if they dislike homosexuals, because its very ignorant and counter-productive. Plus, if parents dislike this action, the school will be negitively effected by it and by in turn, will the students.

Public schools are public institution, and public instituions should reflect the needs of the people using them, and if they dont want lesbians to go to prom together, than thats it. The before was, there were hardly any visible gays around and they damned sure did not try anything with people. ppl have sex because it's fun. it's fun because that helps sustain a species overall.
so if by natural you mean it doesn't comply with the intended purpose of sex for the species, i guess you're right. but the REASON ppl have sex is, for the most part, because it's fun. so in this sense it's completely natural to have sex with whomever you are attracted to.
