@KeggersMcKeagney It's probably not in any mom n' pop shops there even though I wish it were. I will gladly send over a copy to you if you want to order it from me. also alfred distribution may have it sumwhere closer by now? not really likely but I can definitely send you one and u can have it personalized to you if you order it from us. cheers. thx for asking n' your support in advance:)
@robertolisignoli thank you :) hope u get to see the whole documentary. its hard to get a journey across in a 3 minute trailer. after a lot of Squeezing n' Squishing tho... I managed.
@nuvolabianca49 thank you very much. there are several people involved that you can't see in this trailer. hopefully by now you have a copy of the documentary...it's playing at sunset /gower LA NEWFILMMAKERS FILM FESTIVAL this coming Friday Dec. 17th if u can catch it on the big screen. :) we'd love to have ya!
don't think i saw this yet. looks cool. for the dvd, do you do improv or do you have the parts already written or both? the drummer and i on our videos just did improv on all of them. it's cool sometimes because a cool part can come outta nowhere! :) of course other times it's like zzzzzzzz...
Hey FateEternal...For the tracks on here we had a base of what we wrote first and the level of musicianship brought to the table was undeniable so in alot of cases the songs just kept growing. hard to explain but the reactions explain it best - I know what you mean about the jams. it's important to try new things even if they sound bad at first! :) enjoy! and keep rockin!
we are all friends or familia and worked in /out of projects together over the years. as for Lynch I played on his CD so he played on mine. :) only he played sitar with us not guitar. and Bozzio asked to jam with us thru Don at DC after Dave Nik and I finished recording Akchik out there. one thing kinda led to another - u can see it all unfold in the movie. gnite ... buddy. back to the grind. n' hope this helps ya out
thanks - for some reason i didn't see this in my inbox comments. yeah, that answers my question. :) if you're referring to george lynch, i know a guy who got to jam with him (pretty sure it was in a music store). if you want, i can send you his video if it's still on here.
I can't prove this, but I'd be willing to bet 20 bucks that the spirits of John Coltrane, Keith Moon, Jimi Hendrix,, and Buddy Rich are watching this video, from the spirit world, and they absolutely love it!!!
sweet... skolnick is on 3 tracks on the love project cd dvd- btw. he's such a bad ass! as a guitar player u will enjoy this stuff indeed. not sure what YT is ? what video you speak of?
YT is Youtube. I was saying it was cool to see Roy on here (don't know him, just listen some music he's done) and in this video clip.
I finally met Alex for the first time this year. He's been one of my favorite guitarists for a long time. Thanks for giving me the info on him with this project. :)
That's Roy Mayorga... Not Larkin . We miss larkin tho - maybe next time ;)
