nah, they're not related. Jericho (other-wise known as "Turbo") reminds Boyka of Chambers initially. The shorts are similar, but Chambers' were slightly shorter, more vibrant red, and had "CCCP" written across the front in yellow. but yeah, they are meant to be somewhat similar.
