simple all you have to do is enter the raise wanted level cheat code(cc) and then wait for SWAT truck to come after when the people from the SWAT truck come out you quickly enter the lower wanted cheat code and then if you are kicked out of the army get the truck into the garage of your new safehouse and there you have it!

@cat9854 well i know that at times when you have swat or what ever and theree parked and you drive past them fast as helll and keep looking back untill its hard to see the truck and if you drive back there will not be anyone around and the cops are so stupid in the origanal vc i remember going realy fast torwads walls cops on both sides when the time is right slam on your braks they will slam into the wall causeing a laugh and a good get away and i hate the motor bike cops on here that cant driv
