Kira and Lacus kissed but on each other's cheek. They are so sweet. They might not like to do PDA (I am guessing). Even the character theaters(Chibi theater), they were about to kiss cause they were alone (but LUNA just had to get a nosebleed from spying on them). The animators never made them mouth to mouth kiss =( . Very disappointing.....
No worries, the anime is called "Gundam SEED", and the second season is called "Gundam SEED: Destiny". It's a wonderful anime, although it's more focused on the fighting, which actually is a great part of the story. But this couple is canon and is very cute :D
