I didn't do it in August as planned because, my mum begged me not, but I cut a lot off a few days ago so about 2/3 is my natural hair. I am finding it so hard to talk to people in real life about it. My parents and friends are not very supportive, but I am trying to stay strong.

OMG! Your natural hair is beautiful. I've been transitioning now for over one and a half years, and I am SICK and TIRED of my relaxed ends. Well not really ends, because almost 3/4 of my hair is still relaxed, and only about 1.4 has grown out since that time. However my hair is really long, when I straighten it it goes to about 35 to 40cm long. I really want to chop off all my relaxed hair, but I'm 16 and my mum won't let me. But I LOVE your hair =]

My mum cut my hair, so you don't really need a profesh styler... alot of people do it themselves :)

I know it is quite liberating to do it yourself but then I didn't want to mess up my hair (I can't cut hair at all!)
