Hi! Have you ever tried cleverous 402 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my cooworker lost a lot of weight with it.
I'm on Day 2 today. Today by far, is the most worrisome and unsatisfying day for me. Luckily I live in Japan where they have neat little gadgets for steaming and keeping your food fresh. So I bought this silicone table top steamer and took it to work with me to steam veggies for lunch. Oh-and of course a big thermos for the soup. btw, I noticed my skin was clear and brighter than usual today as well.
after watching your videos i decided to try a variation of this diet called the sacred heart diet and the soup is different - i posted a video response about the soup - it was pretty good you should try this soup next time (if) you do the diet again
HAHAHA! I finally found someone who suffered as much as I did on that damn diet. I hated that soup so much that it made me nauseous just by the smell of it. I will never do it again.
I'd recommend adding some balsamic vinegar to the soup. Not to the whole batch, but to individual bowl. And add it little by little and taste after each addition because it easy to put too much in.
and i think shes doing a pretty good job in carrying it through since many people only last until the first evening of this diet if they never eat vegetables =]
on day two, you can have a baked potato too for supper.

You don't eat vegetables ever? I make it a point to eat my veggies.
you need to fiber to help push things through.
