This is a really dumb premise. "Faith healing" is a term we use to describe strange things happening to the mind and body that we don't quite understand. "Mass hypnosis" is similarly a term we use to describe strange things happening to the mind that we don't really understand that well either.

Saying that faith healing is _really_ mass hypnosis is pointless and unhelpful, since we don't really understand what either of those things are. You're just trying to undermine someone else's religion.
