If you want bands similar to Summoning, try L`orde Du Temple and Elffor. Really nice bands. Mirkwood is wonderful band, too, especially demo Journey's End, and songs from split with Cynestole.

And I adore Summoning, so there is no best CD [album...] for me - every single one is best, so I won't compare, it's needless.
