From some of the decision that are be handed down on the second amendment you would think four justices are twisting the constitution to fit their own beliefs and/or taking orders from the president.

@ClarkKasheta Judges don't necessarily need to be the best and most concise speakers. A judge's skill is his ability to write and reason. Sure, he may question the attorneys in the courtroom, but his ability to answer in a reasoned and concise way isn't the biggest issue because that is typically expressed in written form, where a judge is much more in his element

let's take that further. If a fetus is not considered human what is next. New borns are dependent on adults for everything. They cannot talk or reason. they respond based on stimuli. When the sperm and egg combine in the process of fertilization, a new, unique 46 chromosome DNA is established. This DNA is not identical to either parent's, though it contains pieces of each. With 23 Chromosomes, a sperm or egg, is not a person. With 46 Chromosomes (23 chromosomal pairs) a Fetus is.

a fetus is life forming..therefore if you are aborting you are taking life away..because it has already been forming thats why they call it a fetus..many woman use the excuse "fetus is not a child" or "fetus is not life" to excuse them from aborting their child...or to not feel as guilty..but the truth is that they are taking life away...if they didnt want to have a child, then they should of used protection and think about consequenses before doing it.

First I have to contend with your last statement about they should have used protection. 90% of young mothers age 12-16 were caused by rape. 15-18% of rape victims become pregnant. In 1998, there were 25,000 pregnancies in the U.S. due to rape. And you talk about protection? I hope you will apologize for your comment, or tell the 333,000 rape victims and 25,000 pregnant rape victims they should have used protection while being brutalized.

Second, a sperm or egg is also life forming alone....should we make masturbation illegal? The fetus does not even have a brain before the third trimester, thats 6 months. While I recognize that the cells of the fetus are indeed alive, but there is no consciousness, there is no brain. The cells on my finger are alive, but I do not think you would consider my finger to be alive, unless you live in a science fiction novel.

Fourth, you have such a hatred for those that takes life away through abortion, however the biggest culprit for abortion is actually the human body which accounts for 20% of all pregnancies. So 20 out of every 100 pregnancies end in what is called spontaneous abortion. Perhaps God has the biggest abortion clinic in the world!

the difference is that those women actually WANTED to have a child..the others WANTED to kill it..its a BIG diff...and to me an abortion is when the woman WANTS to abort period. and rape is one thing...the child is another..i know there are woman who hate the child b/c they were raped but the child really doesnt have any fault...i also know woman who got raped and still love their child b/c they understand that the child and the rapest are 2 diff people, and they still have that mother love.

I suggest you look up the definition for abortion and get back to me. Just because you supposedly know a rape victim that had the baby, doesn't mean that they all want the baby. What gives you the right to impose your beliefs and opinions on these women? The majority of abortions take place in the first trimester. The "baby" is still a zygote. At the end of the first trimester, congratulations, you now have a blastocyst!
