I ran my original ipod nano over with my car, screen down into pavement without a protector and that bitch still works! She's all scratched up but she's still working a year and a half later. I don't care what people say, ipods are extremely well made

I tried this and it worked for me too. Then I tried it with a stamped aluminum case on a bicycle. Oops. Got pancakes!
