  • Una exhibición reálmente buena. Precisión, potencia y rapidez. En una palabra: Shotokan

  • that was amazing especially the lat one he did

  • that was amazing especially the last one he did.

  • I used to train with Chris Hallam...lovely bloke..have'nt seen him for about 25 years!

  • Really effective! A powerful karateka who is very fast- good to see locks and armbars in Shotokan.

  • its great to see this again remember it well.Ah fun days

  • Yes - It was me! Good to see Aidan in action. One karate-kai I will always admire! Vince Morris! NJ 2010

  • My claim to fame, apart from Aidan being a mate of the last erm......."few years" was that I stood in for an instructor who was injured, and Aidan was one of my beginners!

When he reached Dan grade status, we trained under Asano Sensei, and many other high grade JKA/KUGB Sensei, including Enoeda and Kanazawa, in fact, like Chris Hallam, I was also "fodder" in one or two books, with Aidan and Vince Morris.

  • Do my eyes deceive me, or is that Vince in the blue T shirt? The vids not exactly HD so I cant quite make him out!

  • @icehockeyboy1 Yes that was Vince. Odd to think that was 18 years ago!

  • one guy i wud luv to train wit is him. member of kugb but would luv to get a session under sensei trimble!

  • Aidans punch bag in most of his demos Chris Hallam performed the best katas of Jion and Empi I have seen, a personal view I know, he could hack it with real style and top bloke

  • Graded with sensi Trimble to sandan very inspirational "the real deal".

  • He graded me for my black belt. very nice man

  • trained with aidan c3 yrs at arnold leisure centre c 1984-87. His athleticism and aggresion here also brings back memories...painful ones. quite an inspirational, though pretty arrogant, character. Now has full time dojo in beeston, nottingham. training there was one of my best decisions for the rest of my life.

  • Blimey that brought back some memories, lots of faces from the past and it was a great day.

  • I didnt live in New Zealand back in 1992. I used to train with Mark Shaw in kingskerswell

  • Outstanding demonstration. Total control.

  • I was there, remember it well. It was a good day.

  • Thats bit differcult for you as you seem to live in New Zealand!

  • Boss demo!

  • Very forceful, yet well controlled. Asano Sensei would have been proud of Mr Trimble.
