I'm sure we didn't see all of this "chase" because there was so many cop cars behind him at the start of this video. That being said here in west central Illinois as long as the suspect was stopped at the beginning of this video I gurantee that would have been the end of it. Here the law is smart enough to pass the suspect and block him in instead of just following him. Maybe theese cops didn't play follow the leader when they were in kindergarden and are trying to do it now.
