@NeedMoreHeart That Pokemon Ruby is just a normal .GBA file which you use to play with a GBA emulator! Even the save files have an SAV format in Vbag! Just put a GBA ROM in your phone and sometimes filemanager lets you open the files directly with VBag.
@VertebraMoon it's not so difficult man.. how i did it... I googled and youtubed alot and I came up with a software in which you put your IMEI num and it automatically generates a keygen for you... and you simply type in that number in your vBag app and it works! try these keywords: 'vbag Keygen generator IMEI' ... sorry but is difficult to tell you the exact location i found it. :)
@topiAshakuR Well I'm sorry but I can't accurately tell you how I activated mine. It was all because of search on YouTube, though. I suggest you should try searching for videos containing 'Vbag Activation' titles. Cheers :)

You can download any version from the Vbag official page. Some of them are freeware, including the version which I have.
