@roguegfh more specifically, AoE damage has an effect similar to diminishing returns, in which after a certain point, the increase is null. In AoE dos, the limit is equal to the 20x the damage per tick per hit. An example would be like a 1000 dmg per tick volley would only hit 500 per tick if its hitting 40 monsters.

okay.. fisrt of all its a low level instance whitch make u dps higher.. second u doing heavy aoe whit means high dps for short time... and thirde 9k isent that wind eny longer seen ppl do 11k and 12k on rouges and mages...

Lol, its AQ, your level 80, and those mobs are level 60 and 63 for bosses, of course you can hit that high, do it on a high level boss or another 80, then will we be impressed, sorry :(
