The final product was even more amazing than this. And when they introduced Pixel Shader 3 first suported by the amazing Nvidia 6xxx series gfx cards, the game looked phenomenal!

Fallout 3 has a newer graphic engine, dumbass. This game had an older one but still plays out better than the new looking generic shooter shit that has worse repetitive gameplay. Just thank God for Good Gameplay and Bad graphics rather than Good Graphics and Fucked up gameplay.

The storyline in Crysis has the same base as this one. You are on a tropical island. You kill people first, then you encounter some alien/mutants and you try to get the fuck outta there blowing the entire shit up.

BTW, Far Cry was meant to be a Tech Demo, but they decided to make a full game of that, so that's why the cutscenes suck.

@5AMM0608 the minimum is like nothing these days but i know the recomended is 3Ghz pentium4, 2gbs ram (think) , 256mb graphics card. like 2xxx or 3xxx series nvidia cards. 4gbs Hdd windws 98,2000,me and xp.

if you have vista or windows 7 you would eat it for breakfast. if u have an xp which you bought about end of 2004 onwards you should be able to play at max settings easy.

@TheTupacolypse good thing this isn't much of a sandbox. It's mostly "Follow the objective, or we send a rocket launchered boat after your #%&." I dunno if there's a sandbox mode at the end, but for now it seems like any other. I agree though, a sandbox game needs 3rd person.
