  • yes but what is it?

  • ive had dp for about 5 years now. tried meds, therapy, ignoring it, accepting it and being positive ive tried it all. your video makes tons of sense. my mom is a verbal abusive alcoholic who tells me to kill myself,my ex was cheating on me with 7 other guys and i dropped out of college cause stress was bad. me and my band are moving from la to Washington in a couple months to get away for drama down here. do u think it will cure my dp being away from here and move to a quiet beautiful area?

  • Well,i think its rediculous to "produce" money from the other people's "illness" so...fuck off man...

  • Message me man lets talk about our success... anyone free to message me.

  • Haha I fucking luv u man no homo I fucking luv u. I got this depersonalization like 2 days ago I thought I was losing it until I found out your really not losing it you just think you are and I felt good but I hadn't accepted it yet and I tried ignoring these thoughts and it quickly came back then I saw this and you said a big thing was viewing it as something insignificant then accepting as something insignificant not ignoring but accepting it as insignificant. I'm cured now. Anyone can do this

  • do you think depersonalization can be cured with therapy?

  • .. you rock man. everything you say is dead on and it is helping many people!

  • @madboy3 weed doesn't give you depersonalization you dumbass!

  • it triggered smoking weed with me, about a year or so ago.. whenever i smoked after that it would happen and even sometimes when i didnt smoke.. i have not smoked for as long as i can remember, would i ever be able to smoke weed again? i want to get stoned and not want to run home sit in my bed and be scared :(

  • He speaks a lot of wisdom, but you think he'd be happier?

  • I got too bored can someone sum it o for me please?

  • ive had it for fuckin 3 god damn years! its time

  • Hi Harris,

I think a lot of what you outline here is really accurate. I guess I would just add that things like healing from emotional abuse, detaching from a family system and feeling emotions...all these things can take a long, long, long time to achieve. When you consider that the dynamics at work in symptoms like this are operating beyond conscious control - and when you consider that the unconscious is massively powerful, this makes sense.

    Cheers.

  • Hi harris, I have DPD, but i don't feel much anxiety, what i usually feel (except for the unreality feelings) is an intense feeling of agressive energy sort of like restlessness or hyperactivity wich unables me to sit still and such. Did you suffer from this too? Is it even common in DPD? Cuz i haven't heard alot about it in DPD.

  • @SurgeryStatus Don't smoke weed anymore, it doesn't help. Tell yourself that what around you is REAL, tell yourself that this is REALITY, the events that happened in your past are gone, but what is real is YOU right this moment reading my comment. The job that you have, the struggles you have, they are all temporary, LIVE IN THE PRESENT.

  • please if anyone reads this and knows Spanish, I ask you please translate this video into Spanish. Will thank you with all my heart

  • Hi Harris, do sufferers often complain about the sky looking flat? If so, is it due to the psychosomatic alteration of depth perception?

  • I DRINK YOUR MILKSHAKE

  • @libreg bahahahah that's what i was thinking

  • The concept of madness means "having not enough connection to the outside world". The concept of hallucinations means "seeing something nobody around you can see". What do you think about the world around you? ...what if your fear comes from being told that you're mad? What if our fear comes from being medicated from the day we were born by normative hegemonies?

  • Do we HAVE to be afraid of everything we can't be sure of? What if we can really be sure of nothing? Does that really have to be a bad thing?

...What if it actually enables us to think further?

What needs to heal is not the derealization, but the fear of it. If the fear is too much to deal with, it might be better to forget, but that's not getting to the core of it.

  • Dealing with your emotional traumas and family problems is important, yes. Big news... so what? Think. What is your feeling of derealization? Where does it come from? And why? What defines a disorder? Who defines what a disorder is? And why?

...Does the fact that most people around you feel differently than you make your feelings invalid? Or that it makes you be afraid and in pain? What if the fear and pain come from being alone with it, not from being in the wrong?

  • i guarantee this video his channel in general will eventually hit 100,000 view.

thanks for the insight harris ;)

    totally agree with you thoughts

  • i smoked some red magic i took 6 hits and ive been feeling this way for some time get to me soon as possible you think this method will help?

  • hi i feel i have this problem i get this feeling that comes over me which i feel weightless and feel like im going to die and it scares the shit out of me

  • DPDR is LIBERATION from organic shackles! Do not believe the lies that DPDR is a disorder! The elite want everyone to be enslaved by their false human identity and petty materialism to fuel the demonic world order! Think about how "real" the world is when you're perpetually DEAD! Life is nothing more than a persistant illusion as is scientifically proved by a corpse.

  • @PrimeConsciousness I am often tempted to think like that, too. But man, while you're on this earth, you just have to do your best at living, and DPDR is certainly something that stops you from it, no matter how subjective the truth is. So it must be eliminated. ._.

  • @iRock1305 How rationalist of you. To each his own of course.

  • @PrimeConsciousness I agree... but for most people, it's better and healthier to try and cure their DP.

  • @PrimeConsciousness I dont care about dp, i care about the social anxiety caused by the dp. Thats why i want it gone.

  • @Anonymoustube1 That sounds like a decent reason. Good luck with the social anxiety. Just remember that everyone is essentially a retarded chimp-like creature with random chaos flowing through brain tissue, so don't be afraid to speak up about whatever. If you can form a coherent sentence with a smile it should be received well. ^_^

  • @soccermylife17 Ya like harris i have this and i dont know why ppl dont make any dp/dr kits for free like linden or you, if i knew how to crue my disorder i would make a program for free or give my success, like please im begging you i wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy its like a living hell and i cant take it anymore, i need your help, please pm me, thanks.

  • If I spent 125 dollars on that, I'd want my depersonalization back to convince myself that I didn't just blow 125 dollars.

  • Comment removed

  • This video is indeed useful, more than i anticipated, but i must agree that this programme costs too much- why couldnt this all be crystalised into a 10 dollar/euro book? Even a 25-30 dollar book if it wouldnt be financially viable at a lower price- the current 'Harris Harrington' price seems exploitative. For that matter, if this -really works- (and this does seems plausible to me) id happily dedicate myself to promoting such material for a few years of my life FOR FREE!

  • @Schizopantheist - I do note though that Mr. Harrington has provided video reviews of relevant books, which people can buy they (I) can't afford his program. But since i really think there is something in his approach i am dissappointed that for me (and many others) it's currently prohibitively expensive. Of course i'd still buy it if i was absolutely certain it would work, even if i had to go without food!

  • I'm pretty sure that I have depersonalization disorder. All of my symptoms match. I'm 17 years old and I've had this shit for like 8 months after a pot induced panic attack. I told my doctor my symptoms and he did some physical tests but everything was fine. He had no idea what was wrong with me. I don't know what to do. At first i thought i had schizophrenia or something like that, but I'm not hallucinating or anything. I also think i have ocd. What should i do? Do you think i have DD?

  • @sg72793 that sounds like DP...its almost always a pot induced panic attack that sets off the underlining DP...ANd everyone says they think they have schizopherenia...If you think you have it then get help...You can take a test to see if you have it...its in your head...its not something like the flu where you can see if someone has it...

  • did you continue smoking pot after your recovery?

  • in one of your videos you talk about alot of small details in dpd patient's life ,like when you said patients always think about eternity hehehe ( WOOW ) look at my YT username and for the ppl who said 99 dollars is too much , its cheap comparing to your expensive time that you wasted and will waste in that evil disorder .

  • Hey man. Great videos. I really need your help though. I have had something wrong with me for 4/5 years now. For the most part i have believed it was depression but recently i believe it may be anxiety/derealisation. It just started with me saying 'this feels like a dream, it doesnt feel real' etc. But i could forget about it and destract myself. Now i question everything and i'm struggling to find a sense of purpose in my life. I have smoked alot of marijuana but im not sure that it was the

  • (continued) trigger. I had a bad accident with my arm and had to have surgery. I spent 2 two weeks out of school and i began to feel 'unreal' around then. I have smoked marijuana alot since then so i guess that has caused me to ruminate more, or maybe worsen the condition. If you think i have anxiety, depression, or DP or derealization then any help would be greatly appreciated. I feel the medical profession has failed me so im literally hopeless now. Thankyou. What you are doing is truely great

  • this video is useful , i really hope its reach higher viewers , it's nice to see young people ' like you ' who have this knowledge and advanced information .

  • After you got it did you start to think vary weird? Did you get paranoid? Did you feel like you were in a dream, and like question the universe, like did you question how we are here, why are we here and if we even ARE here? i do. its really bad

  • @TheGenerationOfSport completely and 100% normal with dp/dr.... everyone that gets dp does this. u see because we feel so unreal and in a dreamlike state we are essentially in an existential angst which includes very deep philosophical ruminations. i went through a bad period of questioning absolutely everything-every sentence i spoke(why does this language exist?why is it that we communiacate through talking?) etc etc, which just made my mind even more tired!

  • @TheGenerationOfSport so d thing to do here is,whenever u get questions like this, just try to shrug them off and think logically by this i mean try not to pay these questions too much respect, because at d end of d day, they dont really matter!they are completely insignificant!just think to urself,''ok i may question everythings existence and whether its real or not,but what i do know logically that there is such a thing as happiness!love!beauty!joy! and they will return eventually! :)

  • i got this by smoking marijuana i am not sure i googled the symptons and theye are revelant to mines i didnt get profesional help yet do you think i can be cured i am only 16 tho (i do not harm my self)

  • i still don't understand why only some people who smoke weed get DP/DR and most ppl who smoke it don't...

  • You really seem like you know what you're talking about. I hope to invest in your system in the near future.

  • Do you have a sample of the program? Looks pretty legit. Thanks for the research. My DP gradually came about without marijuana, but marijuana made me much more aware of it - exacerbating the condition. It made me very aware of having an underlying problem, because the exacerbated sensation related so much to what I had been experiencing the past several years.

  • Very well spoken and explained ..Also living an inauthenthic belief system will trigger, like closeted abused gay kids, etc.will result in this disorder. It takes a while to evolve out it -- healing, as you say, from emotional abuse.

  • Hey man , ive had this for 3 months, better to react now then later, im planning to get your revovery thing, hope your no scammer who try to win easy money on dp ppl, i dont think you are but well, you talk much about family and relations like that, parents and stuff like that.. if you got this buy smoking weed some months, and got an panic attack once and end up in a dp mode, does your recovery dvds help or is it no ide? pls recover asfap

  • @Whowillcrazethemace The program still works if you got DP from smoking marijuana. That's also how I got it, but marijuana is only the "trigger". There are other underlying reasons why you depersonalized. When you watch the program I go into detail about a lot of things, but as far as family dysfunction is concerned, it can be surprisingly subtle things that can cause psychological problems later on. My program works no matter what the trigger is, whether acute or gradual onset.

  • @HarrisHarrington your totally right. weed is only a "trigger". I had an episode of DP when I first tried weed on my 16th bday (4 yrs ago) it went away and then came back.. but I was going through a really bad break up that I was in for 4 yrs and finally ended when I was 17..so it came back and hasnt left me and its been almost 5 yrs..turns out I have BPD (boarder line personality disorder) so my real underline fear is abandonment and being alone, so it makes my DP hard to get over

  • @HarrisHarrington wow im so hapy to know that im not the only one that feels dp after smoking marijuana...

  • @HarrisHarrington i have had dp for about 2 years now. is it too late to recover?? did you recover 100% like you can think clearly now??

  • i found this to be very helpful this disorder can over me this past holiday and has not left i started feeling better for two days then it came back quick it's hard to remember my life without this i feel like i'm a baby going through the motions of life but not understanding it very scary.
